STRUCTURAL STABILITY TESTINGS

➢ Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Assess internal integrity and detect any sub-surface defects that may compromise the structural stability.

➢ Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) Testing: Identify and evaluate any discontinuities or flaws within the structure that may affect the stability and safety of the equipment.

➢ Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT): Examine surface areas, especially welds, to identify any cracks or surfacebreaking defects.

➢ Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT): Detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials, ensuring the structural soundness of the equipment.

➢ Hardness Testing: Evaluate the material hardness to ensure it meets the required specifications and can withstand operational stresses.

➢ Vibration Testing: Analyse the vibration levels to detect any abnormal vibrations that could indicate structural issues or potential failures.

TESTING & CERTIFICATION

We carry out the Testing, Inspection & Certification Services for the following equipment :

Lifts & Hoists as per Section 28 of Factories Act, 1948.
Lifting Tools & Tackles (EOT Cranes, Mobile Crane, Hydra, Forklifts, Wire Rope Slings, D-Shackles, Lifting Beams, Chain Pulley Blocks and Hydraulic Jacks etc.) as per Section 29 of Factories Act 1948.
External, Internal & Hydro Tests of Unfired Pressure Vessels as per Section 31 of Factories Act 1948.
Dangerous Machines as per Section 21(2) of Factories Act 1948. This relates to THIRD PARTY INSPECTION of Plant & Machineries for Bank & Insurance requirement.
