ENSURING EOT CRANE SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY:

TOP-NOTCH SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

The safe and effective operation of EOT cranes is dependent heavily on the routine maintenance and inspection of these machinery. To assure that the crane works at its peak performance , this should be subjected to regular cleaning, checking and other technical whereabouts.

The basics of EOT cranes routine maintenance includes tightening loose connections, checking the electrical components, lubricating all the moving parts, and also checking for any for wear and tear. Whenever this routine is in process, it is possible to find and fix any possible problems or flaws. The structural integrity, safety features, electrical systems, and control mechanisms of the crane – everything should be properly examined.

CRANE UPGRADATION

Image
  • Complete study of existing crane bay structure the crane bridge structure the ct trolley structure etc for evaluation of different loading on upgrading the existing crane bridge to 10 mt from 5 mt
  • Calculate the existing structure load carrying capacity for both crane and the bay structure all together for vertical load horizontal lateral loads horizontal longitudinal loads impact loads service ability fatigue limits.
  • Consider the increase in dead weight on the crane for upgradation.
  • Provide the detailed report of the different loading on upgradation and for existing structure with comparison.
  • Suggest the method and provide the detailed drawing of the members for strengthening of crane bridges or gantry girder or bay trusses necessary to upgrade the crane from 5mt to 10 mt on the same bridge and ct trolley.
  • Provide the wheel loading data of the crane in existing and on upgradation also to suggest the required wheel size for the same required for upgradation.
  • Measure the existing bridge deflection of the crane and calculate the deflection on increasing the capacity to 10 mt.
  • Drawing for strengthening of each member has to be provided in soft form hard copy and in auto cad.
  • Report and drawings has to be approved by charter engineer authorised by Jharkhand / or government of India.
  • We have gearbox and ct trolley vendor has to access weather it could be fitted over the same EOT crane bridge after strengthening of girder bay structure stresses etc.
  • Developing modification drawing of CT trolley that we are planning to put if feasibility study permit.
